DISCUSSION
Pericardial (mesothelial) cysts result from aberrations in the formation of coelomic (somatic) cavities. The cyst walls are composed of connective tissue and a single layer of mesothelial cells.?CT and MR imaging features show the cyst to be in the anterior mediastinum and features are similar to those of other congenital mediastinal cysts
