Findings reveal a gestation sac with fetal pole, and yolk sac. Cystic areas with echogenic rim are seen in the endometrium, adjacent to the sac.

DISCUSSION
Various findings have been described in partial mole: presence of a tiny sac, well formed - growth retarded fetus are seen alongside prominent decidual reaction, with molar tissue like appearance of cystic areas.
