Findings reveal a VSD with Double OUtlet Right Ventricle (DORV).

Both the aorta and pulmonary trunk arise from the morphological right ventricle ?
Always will have a concurrent VSD
Association with T13 & T18 has been described
There is side-by-side relationship of the great arteries
The linear alignment of the three vessels in the three vessels view is abnormal in most cases

Differentiation from other conotruncal anomalies can be very difficult, especially with tetralogy of Fallot and transposition of great arteries with ventricular septal
