Findings-
gross constriction of the ductus arteriosus is seen on colour mapping and grossly raised velocities on spectral doppler at ductus, gross dilatation of the proximal pulmonary artery, resultant gross pansystolic tricuspid regurgitation as seen in colour and spectral doppler images and minimal dilatation of the right sided chambers as seen in four chamber view .

Discussion
Indomethacin is prostaglandin synthetase inhibitor and causes premature constriction of the ductus arteriosus,
It is used as tocolytic agent for polyhydramnios.
This premature constriction is reversible a few days later after cessation of the treatment.
