Findings
?
The ascending aorta is seen bifurcating in right and left aortic arches.
?
Both are encircling the trachea and esophagus ro either of the sides and are joining posterior to trachea to continue as descending aorta.

The left arch is smaller as compared to right one. The pulmonary artery is well seen with left sided ductus arteriosus. The origin of the left subclavian artery is aberrant and is seen from ductus.

The complete vascular ring??of double aortic arch encircling the trachea and oesophagus is noted on colour mapping.
