CT BUZZ 2020

CTBuzz is a high content conference, with this year’s Theme of Abdominal Imaging that is being held at The Westin Garden City,  Mumbai from June 20-21, 2020. Featuring International Speakers such as Dr Claude Sirlin & Dr Kathryn Fowler, as well as Dr Rupan Sanyal, besides numerous National Faculty, this conference will elevate your understanding and reporting of cases related to Abdominal Imaging.

A full dedicated session is being held on LI-RADS by the pioneers of LI-RADS – Drs Kathryn Fowler & Claude Sirlin.
This conference is being hosted in association with Bandra Holy Family Hospital, Mumbai.

POSTER

Definition: A poster is a visual display of the scientific abstract accepted to the conference. There can be scientific exhibits in which some case series is reported, or an Educational Exhibit which describes or reviews imaging findings in particular conditions. Pictorial reviews come under this category. They can also be single case reports.Since the theme of the conference is Abdominal Imaging, posters on this section will be preferred.

POSTER IS TO BE SENT IN .ppt or .pptx format (file size below 10MB) to indianradiologist1@gmail.com

Posters will have equal importance as oral presentations. They will be displayed throughout the meeting.

General Specifications
The E-poster will be displayed on standard 42” (Diagonal) LCD
File format should be PowerPoint (.PPT)
Total size of the presentation should not exceed 10 MB
Maximum number of slides per E-poster: 10
All slides should be in landscape format.
Animation/movies/sounds will not be supported; please submit in a static PPT format only.
Design Specifications
The E-poster needs to be created as per format only.
Each slide title should be placed in a title placeholder.

The text should include (most likely as separate elements of the poster) Introduction, Aim, Methods, Results, Conclusion and Acknowledgements, or if a case report then History, Imaging Findings, Diagnosis, Discussion & References.

The poster should be self explanatory. Text should be brief and well organized
It is suggested that font size of the text should be at least 32 point. The typeface chosen should be a simple and clear one (e.g. Helvetica)

Illustrations/images/photographs used in the E-poster should be enlarged enough to show relevant details

Topics on Abdominal Imaging - CT/MR/ other modalities will be given priority, however all topics of interest especially cross sectional imaging will be considered.

Once your paper is selected for presentation, please get your presentation as a ppt along with you for the event.

Schedule of presentation will be put up just before the event - and will be on 20th June (around lunch time & evening)

Certificate of presentation as well as prizes for Top 3 will be given.
Top 3 will get to present their presentation in the main hall.

Claude B. Sirlin, MD, is a board-certified radiologist who sees patients with a wide range of abdominal conditions affecting the gastrointestinal and genitourinary systems. He specializes in liver imaging, and is on the Steering Committee for LIRADS
