CASE 30 Young patient with sports injury
DIAGNOSIS & DISCUSSION
Extensor carpi ulnaris (ECU) tenosynovitis with longitudinal tear. Mild palmar subluxation of the ECU tendon due to stripping of palmar attachment of the subsheath.
