DTC is the diagnosis ok this case as one can see a discrete nodule greater than 1 cm with echogenic punctate foci and adjacent right sided cervical lymphadenopathy noted next to the RT CCA: extra thyroidal extension.
Papillary and follicular carcinoma form the bulk of the cases that fall in DTC.
