MR findings reveal an extra axial mass lesion pushing the right cerebellar hemisphere and 4th ventricle. This by itself rules out metastasis and glioma that are intra axial mass lesions. The 7th and 8th nerves are normal, and clearly visualised.
Characteristic signs of meningioma include T1 hypo/iso T2 iso-hyper, intense enhancement on T1C+, and restricted diffusion on DWI - all features present in this case.
