Pleomorphic adenoma is a common benign salivary gland neoplasm, the most common type of salivary gland tumor and the most common tumor of the parotid gland.The diagnosis of salivary gland tumors utilize both tissue sampling and radiographic studies. Tissue sampling procedures include FNAC. CT shows heterogenous pattern, with large lesions showing calcific foci as seen in this case. MRI shows T1 hypo T2 hyper with heterogenous enhancement of the lesion on T1+C.
